Not much has changed really. I could update with the latest bios settings but it's realy not going to be helpful for you unless you have a msi motherboard (and even then you shouldn't expect too much). Seems like your motherboard is bad. You might be screwed basically. I was able to overclock...

The constitution can be amended without congress So far that option has never been used but it's possible for states to circumvent congress completely and call a new constitutional convention. You do however need 38 approvals for that to pass (out of 50). While this could in theory be used to...

Impeachments and its limitations In theory the president can still be removed via impeachment but if he has gotten a sufficiently loyal military on his side he can simply ignore that as well. Right now he could probably be removed via impeachment but that currently couldn't even get through the...

You cannot legally remove the president from his position without the support of 67+ senators. Note that i did point out that you also need the military to stay loyal but he has the ability to put loyalists in leadership positions (which he is already doing) so they are going to follow through...

I see some cuckservatives on kiwifarms gave this thread some attention They think that i have given up but i will continue working for various political goals. It's more like my work on transmaxxing is largely finished by now and other people will continue where i left off. Well you are not...

The filtering process I have noticed how redditors often use "ableist" as something supposedly being bad when it really isn't. We want people to be capable and contribute. In order to have a great tracker you need to filter out a lot of people. 0. People get filtered out due to not knowing...

Politicians still had to cater to potential voters a lot even if they often ignored them. Arguably elong musk has a lot more power than aipac now. But musk is fine with israel bombing gaza into oblivion since it fits with his nazi-adjacient ideology anyway. The hitlarian nazism was...

If we look at the actual structure of the government the US system is arguably more prone towards becoming a dictatorship than the weimar germany system. Hitler needed 75% of parliament to get the enabling act through while Trump in practice only needs 34 senators (of 100) to do what he wants...

The deplatforming risk It's likely that the Trump administration will push tech giants to deplatform people and communities they dislike. I recommend arching important political texts and make new ones that can be easily shared. One example of that is the transmaxxing manifesto where i made...

What to do going forward (if you are american) Consider leaving the united states if you have that opportunity. Moving to a blue state is no longer enough to keep yourself safe if you are a minority likely to be targeted by the administration. Do not hold demonstrations since that could be used...

The faith in the system is already basically gone Of course a lot of people are still in denial thinking "surely it cannot happen here, not in america" and discard people warning them as people who are hysterical and over-reacting...

The writings has been on the walls for a while with the trajectory being rather obvious for people who pay attention. I predicted based on the increased polarization and game-theory that the two sides would increasingly turn against each other to the point where one seed would see it necessary...

I played super mario kart again It's by far the hardest game in the series but i am not sure if it's actually hard in a good way. I even struggled to beat it myself. I was able to get gold at all except 150cc special cup fairly easily but then the trouble started. Somehow i got +3 ahead of the...

redditor got their PTP account hacked They didn't know why their account got disabled. Turned out they got their ass saved. I was getting excited, how is that going to end. Well they ended up getting their account back and everything. That's lucky since you are limited to one/account per...

JD vance is definitely a skilled speaker but does he actually believe in democracy for real? Most likely he simply plans to use "democracy" as a justifications for ignoring the courts. JD vance seem to be a follower of Curtis Yarvin so he probably believes in autocracy.

Redditor got treebanned from torrentleech They are lucky they learned that lesson for a bad tracker instead of permanently getting banned from a good one due to accepting an invite from a stranger. SirPancakesIII wrote: Kicked from Torrentleech Guess I learned a tough lesson. I logged in to...

Why conservatives dominating the supreme court may be to their detriment Short-term you have more to gain from defying the supreme court if they are going to rule against you more. With the supreme court having 6 conservative justices (3 appointed by Trump) the trump administration may conclude...

That started under biden. https://www.1daysooner.org/ows2/ Notice how they continue most policies of their predecessors for the most part. They even had state officials do their own approval process to pretend doing independent from Trump when unsafe covid vaccines were rushed by Trump but...

I want other people to pay for the content i get for free That's part of the reason why i don't seed on public trackers. I do think it's important to archive content and there private trackers have a big role to play. It's not however something most people should be able to access since we want...
