4070 vs 3080 12GB Arguably the 4070 is overall a better GPU than the 3080 12GB largely due to being a lot more efficient. It's also a bit cheaper than the 699$ msrp of the 3080 10GB (which was practically impossible to get for that price until mid 2022)...

Star-citizen benchmark: you want 8000 MT/s This agained confirmed the importance of manual tuning. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CITlrdWsaWE

We can see from https://deepstatemap.live that ukraine already made some minor territorial gains in some areas. Earlier for example Ukraine secured the main road to bakhmut Later Ukraine did some minor advancements in Avdivka Here is another minor counter-offensive (couldn't be sustained)...

Will extended testosterone usage cause you to need to have an hysterectomy? I have read from unreliable sources that if you are on testosterone for too long when born female you might end up needing an hysterestomy due to how it affects your reproductive organs. I havn't found any formal study...

No good options for fertility preservation In order to reproduce as a female having eggs stored is not enough, you also need a womb. If you are not willing to get pregnant yourself you will need to find someone else for that which will be expensive. For most people born female the only...

FtM surgery: damned if you do, damned if you don't With FtM transition people go into a path where there isn't any good way to continue said path, no matter what turn they take it will be bad with the best option often being to turn straight back, unfortunately once they have had genital or...

Hardware unboxed confirmed: XMP profiles are trash We also see that dual rank DDR5 at 5600 was able to beat single rank at 6000 when using the XMP profiles which wasn't exactly surprising. Maybe the biggest issue with XMP profiles is low tREFI value costing around 8% in bandwidth. It's very...

Why we need to ban FtM transition A good government should have the authority to ban harmful medical treatments, this includes FtM transition (with few/no exceptions) 0. FtM transition is detrimental for the fertility-rate in most cases (no good way to preserve fertility). 1. FtM transition...

Buildzoid gave up on 8000MT/s He got it very close to fully stable but just never the full way. This was with single rank 2x16 memory and many compinations of motherboard, CPU, ram. He didn't try the x790 apex though. He did claim that how you mount the CPU can affect memory stability.

7800 MT/s stable with eVGA Z790 dark Yet another example of having to lower the memory controller voltage to get it stable at higher frequencies, he tried 1.35 first and it just never worked so he had to lower it to 1.3 CPU VDDQ: 1.3 CPU VDD2: 1.6 CPU SA: 1.25 DRAM voltage: 1.58 DRAM VDDQ: 1.45

Dating as androphilic FtM You will not be a total incel but your dating options will still not be great, not even close. u/HomersDonutMan wrote: Trans people overestimate the willingness of cis people to date/be intimate with trans people. I will say that this is almost exclusively talking...

How to find out if you can pass Asking other people if you would be able to pass is problematic since that requires you to share your face with these people outing yourself as potentially being transgender. Then there is the issue that other people who you ask might be wrong or not give you a...

Other versions Discord recently raised their upload limit to 25 MiB for most users. For that reason a pdf taking up 23.06 GiB was created, in practise there shouldn't be much of a difference in image quality. The epub version has some issues (mostly bad spacing) but might still be better than...

Why the steam-deck should count as a console The last traditional console where the game actually had full access to the hardware was the wii, when you ran a wii game it could use all the ram the system had, all the CPU power, all the GPU power. This helped the wii against the much more...

The 40-series GPUs has been an improvement despite the high prices The 30-series GPUs was grossly overpriced for over a year with them not being anywhere near to the MSRP and the MSRPs weren't even that great in the first place. 3080ti had an MSRP of 1199$, same as 4080. The 4080 despite being...
